I am a NAMA Board Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Entheogenic Support Guide, Cannabis Educator, Auriculotherapy Practitioner, Vibrational Marma & Sound Therapist, and Death Doula. 

With a holistic practice that spans over two decades specializing in conscious self-care and longevity practices, I empower my clients to take an active role in their health by elevating awareness of their unique constitution and restoring balance through appropriate nutrition, lifestyle routines, and mortality contemplation to support all stages of life.
