I am a National Board Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and International Certified Yoga Therapist, Cannabis Educator, Auriculotherapy Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, Vibrational Marma & Sound Therapist, and Pelvic Steam Facilitator.
With a holistic practice that spans over two decades specializing in conscious self-care and longevity practices, I empower women to take an active role in their health by elevating awareness of their unique constitution and restoring balance through dietary guidance and lifestyle routines designed to meet and often exceed personal wellness goals.
During your Petit Retreat, you will experience Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and learn self-care routines, seasonal nutrition, and holistic modalities customized to bring you into harmony.

We have a neighborhood airbnb across the street that you will book separately for a 3-night minimum.

No. This retreat is intended as a personal immersion and our neighborhood airbnb accommodates only one guest.
